FreeForAll is a Wellington based waste reduction initiative. Their focus is on reducing 75% of the waste destined for landfills and supplying communities with free household items that still have plenty of use left in them. FreeForAll has been operating in the Wellington area for 3 years and has now been opened up to all of New Zealand.
The Compost Collective is an initiative to reduce the amount of food waste that is being dumped in Auckland landfills. They offer plenty of information on their website and FREE composting workshops around Auckland that cover traditional composting, worm farms and bokashi systems.
