[Recipe] Mixed Berry Jam

NO refined sugar and NO boiling required. This is a super simple three ingredient spread that anyone could whip up in no time at all.

Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen mixed berries
2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup or Honey

Method:
Heat berries in a sauce pan over a low heat (do not boil)

Once soft (this will take 8-10 minutes) mash berries with a potato masher

Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup

Poor into a 500ml jar and place in the fridge over night to set

This is great on toast, sandwiches and as a topping for plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt.

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
